This Spriggy Back to School Membership special offer (“Back to School
Membership”) is available to the direct recipient of this offer sent
by Spriggy via email and/or via the Spriggy app to you, with the offer terms
and conditions valid from the date of receiving the email, up to 31 March
2025 (“Campaign Period”)”. The Back to School Membership
is designed so that existing Spriggy users who start a Spriggy Membership
receive a bonus credit.
To be eligible for the Back to School Membership, the member must meet all of
the following criteria (the “Eligibility Criteria”) during the Campaign
Period: (i) the member is the direct recipient of an email from Spriggy informing
them of the Back to School Membership, (ii) the member has added a Connected Account
and has successfully activated at least one Prepaid Card and (iii) the member
has paid an Annual Spriggy Membership Fee. The member will receive $10.00 (AUD)
credited directly onto their Parent Wallet or Prepaid Card (“Membership
Bonus”) (as applicable) within seven (7) days of the Member meeting the
Eligibility Criteria.
This bonus cannot be withdrawn from the Parent Wallet and must be used to either
transfer to a listed Child’s Prepaid Card for spending, or contributed toward
a listed Child’s Savings or Savings Goals.
We may at our discretion, acting reasonably, refuse to pay or cancel a Membership
Bonus without notice. The reasons for us to refuse or cancel a payment may include,
but are not limited to, if:
- we reasonably believe you are acting in a fraudulent way;
- we reasonably believe that your conduct is in breach of these Terms; or
- your Parent Wallet has been cancelled.
All of Spriggy’s decisions about your participation in the Back to School
Membership are final and binding.
This Back to School Membership Offer is not available in conjunction with any
other offer (unless we agree otherwise).
Spriggy reserves the absolute right to suspend, change, or cancel the Back to
School Membership Offer or these Terms at any time without notice.
This Back to School Membership Offer is made by Rivva Pty Ltd (Spriggy) in its
own right, and no offer is payable by Indue Ltd (the issuer of the Spriggy Prepaid
Card and Parent Wallet).
